Peter Giesbrecht

Peter Giesbrecht age 86 years of Altona formerly of Gretna passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at the Altona Memorial Health Centre.

He is survived by his wife Nora (nee Driedger), their children Caroline (Harry) Krahn, Peter (Noreen) Giesbrecht, Sandra Froese, Randall (Andrea) Giesbrecht, and Leora (Darryl) Klassen, as well as 17 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 1 sister and 2 brothers.  He was predeceased by 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

A private graveside service will be held which will be followd by a public come and go reception at the Altona EMM Church.  The come and go will be held on Saturday, November 26 from 2:30 - 4:00 p.m.  Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Friday, November 25 from 1:00 - 9:00 p.m.
