Neta Friesen

Peacefully on Sunday, February 1, 2015, Neta Friesen (nee Funk) age 96 years of Altona, passed away at the Altona Hospital.

She is survived by one son Vern Friesen and by two daughters JoAnne (Brian) Born, and Norma (Dave) Neudorf.  She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

She was predeceased by her husband David G. Friesen and by one daughter.

The funeral service for Neta Friesen will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Altona Bergthaler Mennonite Church with interment to follow at the Altona Cemetery.  Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, and at the church prior to the service.
