Maria Penner

On Saturday, October 17, 2015, Maria Penner, age 93 years of Grunthal formerly of Halbstadt, Manitoba, passed away at the Menno Home in Grunthal.

She is survived by 4 sons, Henry Penner, Dave (Linda) Penner, Neil (Lavonna) Penner, and Pete (Laurie) Penner, her daughter-in-law Helen Penner, and their families.

She was predeceased by her husband Peter H. Penner, her sons Jake and John Penner, and Henry's loving partner Fern.

The funeral service for Maria Penner will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Reinland Mennonite Church, Grunthal.  Interment will take place at the Blumenthal Cemetery near Halbstadt, Manitoba. Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and at the church prior to the service.

Donations in memory of Maria Penner may be made to the Menno Home in Grunthal.
