Lydia Klassen (nee Funk)

Lydia Klassen (nee Funk), age 91 years of Altona, MB passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at the Altona Memorial Health Centre.

She is survived by her husband Abe Klassen, their children Brenda (Harold) Derksen, Debbie (Mark) Heinrichs, Delores (Bruce) Smith, and Terri (Rob) Bergman, as well 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 2 great  great grandchildren.

A private funeral service for the family and relatives of Lydia will be held on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Altona Senior Centre.  Interment will follow at the Altona Cemetery.  Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Tuesday, August 1 from 1:00 - 7:00 p.m.
