Heinrich F. Penner

Henry F. Penner, age 86 years of Altona, Manitoba passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at the Altona Memorial Health Centre.

He is survived by his children Pete (Anna) Penner, John (Helena) Penner, Jake (Elizabeth) Penner, Helen (Frank) Fehr, Diedrich (Lisa) Penner, Sara (Abe) Neufeld, and Henry (Frieda) Penner, as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his wife Sara (nee Sawatzky) in 1985, 3 sons, 1 daughter, 1 grandchild and 3 great grandchildren.

A Reinland Mennonite Church funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 28, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Altona Sommerfeld Mennonite Church with burial at the Schoenthal Cemetery.  Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Friday, February 26 from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday, February 27 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and at the church prior to the service.
