Elsie Heide

Elsie Heide (nee Teichroeb), age 91 years, of Altona, Manitoba passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at the Boyne Lodge, Carman.

She is survived by her children Marilyn (Glenn) Funk, Gloria (Ron) Voth, and Tom (Val) Heide, as well as 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 4 sisters, and 2 brothers.  She was predeceased by her husband John Heide, 1 son in infancy, 2 sisters and 1 brother.

A celebration of Elsie's life will be held on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Altona Bergthaler Mennonite Church.  Interment will take place prior to the service at 1:00 p.m. the Altona Cemetery. Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Thursday, December 19 from 1:00 - 9:00 p.m., and on Friday, December 20 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon.
