Cornelius Peters

Cornelius Peters, age 87 years, of Winnipeg formerly of Gretna, MB, passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at the Victoria Hospital.

He is survived by his wife Ruth Peters (nee Harder), their children Ken Peters, Kim (Rudy) Risi, Karrie Peters, and Kelvin (Teresa) Peters, as well as 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 2 sisters and 4 brothers.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. at the Altona United Church. Interment will take place at the Gretna Cemetery.  Viewing will be at the church prior to the service.

Donations in memory of Cornie may be made be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
