Anne Friesen (nee Hildebrand)

Peacefully on Monday, January 26, 2015, Anne Friesen (nee Hildebrand), age 91 years of Altona, formerly of Winnipeg and the Edenberg District passed away at Eastview Place in Altona, Manitoba.

Anne is survived by her sisters Linda Braun and Amanda Hildebrand as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters in law.

She was predeceased by her husband Peter Friesen in 2013 and by 4 brothers and 2 sisters.

The funeral service for Anne Friesen will be held on Friday, January 30, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Altona Bergthaler Mennonite Church (117 2nd St. NW, Altona, MB), with interment to follow at the Gretna Cemetery.  Viewing will be held at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Thursday, January 29, 2015 from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and at the church prior to the service.
