Abram Peters

Abram Peters, age 88 years, of Altona formerly of Mexico passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Eastview Place.  

He is survived by his children Tina Klassen, Pete (Lisa) Peters, Henry (Margaret) Peters, Abe (Agnes) Peters, Jake (Susan) Peters, Cornie (Margaret) Peters, and Dallas (Frank) Wieler, as well as 28 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.  He was predeceased by his wife Maria (nee Wiebe), 1 son John, and 1 daughter Annie.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Altona Sommerfeld Mennonite Church.  Interment will take place at the Altona Cemetery.  Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Home Altona on Friday, April 15 from 1:00 - 9:00 p.m.
